Where is Eshkah Creations based and where do you ship from?

All orders are lovingly packed and shipped from Norwich, England. Eshkah Creations is a UK-based small business rooted in mindfulness, light, and beauty. Each of our suncatchers is thoughtfully designed to invite peace, presence, and a sense of wonder into your home.

Please allow an additional 2–3 working days for order preparation. Shipping times exclude customs delays.

International shipping rates vary from free up to £35, depending on your location, parcel weight, and size.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You may cancel or modify your order within 3 hours of placing it. To request a change, email us at info@eshkah.com with your order number and the requested modification. We’ll confirm once the change has been made. Please note: orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to become active.

What is your return and refund policy?

We hope you love your Eshkah piece. If not, we’re happy to offer a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a return or refund:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused and in original condition
